PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
We ship via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States & Puerto Rico)
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Orders shipped within Puerto Rico may have different delivery timeframes depending on the municipality.

We offer free local pickup at our physical location:

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up. Pickup hours are during our regular store hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Crafter's World PR does not offer international shipping. We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Crafter's World PR is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at claims@craftersworldpr.com so we can assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Crafter's World PR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@craftersworldpr.com.
